This Cookie Policy explains how Omni Terminal uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, to support security, session continuity, and core platform functionality.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are used to keep you authenticated, maintain secure sessions, protect against abuse, and enable essential account features. These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled through the site interface.
3. Preference and Operational Storage
We may store non-sensitive interface preferences in browser storage (for example UI state, layout selections, or feature flags) to improve usability and reduce repeated setup steps.
4. Optional Analytics or Marketing Cookies
Where enabled, optional Google Analytics 4 measures visits to selected public pages and general terminal entry or sign-in transitions, only after you explicitly accept. It is not required to trade. We do not load Google's analytics script or send analytics requests before consent, and we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Advertising features are disabled. We send fixed page categories, without query strings, wallet addresses, account identifiers, balances, orders, search text or document referrers. Private account and address pages are excluded. Google processes browser/device and network information as part of analytics. Google's privacy policy explains its processing.
5. Retention
Your analytics choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. If accepted, Google Analytics first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) also last up to 180 days. Analytics event retention in the Google property is configured separately. Cookie and storage lifetimes vary by purpose. Some data is removed when the browser session ends, while other values may persist for a defined period to support account continuity, security, and operational reliability.
6. Managing Cookies
Use the Optional analytics controls below to accept, reject or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops new analytics event generation and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. Previously queued events or requests already in flight may still finish. It does not retroactively remove data already sent to Google. Rejecting analytics leaves necessary account cookies intact. You can also manage or clear cookies in your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent authentication and other core terminal functionality from working correctly.
7. Policy Updates
We may revise this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after updates become effective indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
