You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is permitted in your jurisdiction. Wallets, API keys, and linked providers are used to access account features, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and connected devices.

Omni Terminal provides software tools and information only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for your trading and risk decisions.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading digital assets and derivatives is high risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. Market conditions, latency, outages, integration failures, and third-party service behavior can impact execution, pricing, and account state.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service in violation of law. We may restrict or terminate access where misuse, abuse, or security risks are identified.

Omni Terminal may integrate with third-party wallets, exchanges, payment providers, and identity providers. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, terms, security practices, or actions taken by those providers.
